repairs and services come with a Parts & Labour Guarantee.
Choose from Basic or Full Services, or we can work out what specific servicing your vehicle requires. We make it easy to service your vehicle with free pick up and delivery and free loan cars (bookings required).
In Warranty
Despite what dealerships tell you, you do not have to service your car at a dealership. So long as your mechanic is a licensed repairer, your warranty is not affected. We always use genuine parts and follow the manufacturer’s schedule, this ensures your warranty is not affected.
Out of Warranty
For vehicles out-of-warranty, we have two types of services, Basic Service and Full Service. We can also tailor servicing to specific vehicles and usages, such as very low or high usage, or usage in extreme conditions.
We place the majority of out-of-warranty vehicles on alternating Basic and Full Services. This schedule is designed to provide your modern vehicle with the preventative maintenance it needs to ensure reliability and efficiency, while also keeping the costs down.
We know its nice to get your car back clean so basic services include a free wash and full services include a free valet!
Our Basic Service consists of:
- Free car wash
- Road test for faults
- Test battery, print report
- Connect diagnostic scan tool, scan all computers for fault codes, print report
- Reset service indicator
- Add engine flush, replace engine oil and filter
- Check air filter, under bonnet fluid levels, belts and hoses
- Check interior and exterior lights
- Check brakes through wheels or backing plates only
- Report any issues seen or recommended maintenance coming up
Our Full Service consists of:
- Free car valet
- Check operation of key / remote
- Road test for faults, noises, braking, pulling, etc.
- Test battery, print report
- Connect diagnostic scan tool, scan all computers for fault codes, print report
- Reset service indicator
- Add engine flush and injector cleaner
- Replace engine oil and filter
- Check spark plugs (if fitted), air filter, fuel filter and cabin filter
- Check throttle body and MAF sensor (if fitted) for carbon build up
- Check under bonnet and under vehicle fluid levels, belts and hoses
- Check wiper and washers, interior and exterior lights
- Remove wheels and drums (if fitted), clean and adjust brakes and handbrake
- Rotate and refit wheels, re-road test to check all work done
- Report any issues seen or recommended maintenance coming up
