We believe that servicing your vehicle is all about making sure it is safe, reliable and efficient all at a fair price. Preventative maintenance is proven to be far cheaper than breakdowns and repairs.
For vehicles out of warranty and not under mechanical insurance servicing requirements such as Autosure, Janssens, Protecta, etc, we have 3 options to choose from:

Check diesel injector feedback values with scan tool (to see if injectors are worn)
Check spark plugs (if equipped)
Check air, cabin and fuel filters
Check throttle body/intake manifold for carbon build up
Check all under vehicle fluids (diffs and gearboxes)
Remove wheels and drums (if applicable), clean and adjust brakes and handbrake
Check steering and suspension components
Wash vehicle, silicone tyres, clean windscreen and dash

New Car Servicing/In Warranty Servicing
Save time and money by servicing your new car locally with us, all while keeping your warranty!
Despite what some dealerships tell you, you do not have to service your new car at a dealership to keep your warranty.
Most owners manuals will recommend using their own dealer network to service your new car but it is not a legal requirement. They will go on to say that as long as your mechanic is a licensed repairer, uses genuine parts and follows the manufacturers service schedule, your warranty is not affected. So if you have a new vehicle and don’t want to waste a day or more taking it to the dealer, we can service it for as per the manufacturers schedule, using genuine parts and you keep your warranty. Feel free to talk to us about your specific vehicle requirements.
Please note:
If you have fixed price or free servicing with your new vehicle it will need to go the dealer to get it at that price. Also, we can not carry out any warranty repairs on your vehicle on behalf of the dealer or manufacturer as they will not pay us to do them, only the dealer will be able do any applicable warranty repairs at no charge.
Some different conditions can apply to extended warranties, sometimes you will have to service it with the dealer to keep the extended warranty, we can check your service book to be sure.
Mechanical Insurance Servicing (Autosure, Janssen, Protecta, Quest, etc)
If you have the opportunity to purchase or negotiate the inclusion of a mechanical warranty with your next car purchase we recommend seriously considering it or taking it as the complexity of modern vehicles makes for some potentially very expensive repairs that will often be covered by the warranty. If covered, you will only be up for the excess.
If you have mechanical insurance from Autosure etc, we are approved for all servicing and repairs. Each company has their own servicing requirements that must be followed to keep the warranty valid. We can do these at very competitive rates.
Autosure specifies petrol powered vehicles are serviced every 15,000km or 12 months, whichever occurs first.
Diesel powered vehicles are serviced every 10,000km or 12 months, whichever occurs first.

Engine flush: All services include adding an engine flush additive before changing the engine oil and filter, this helps clean the inside of the engine extending its life and efficiency.
Injector cleaner: Primium services include an injector cleaner additive in the fuel tank, this is to help clean the fuel system and injectors.
Free diagnostic scan: Primium services include a free diagnostic scan of all on board computers such as engine, ABS (anti lock brakes), SRS (air bags) for stored fault codes, this can alert us to any upcoming or potential issues with the electronics such as sensors, injectors, etc. We then print and attach an electronic vehicle health report to your invoice.
Free wash: All services include and a free wash, tyre shine and dash clean.

Custom services: Services can be tailored to you, your vehicle, it’s mileage, useage and service history, this means your vehicle doesn’t get over or under serviced and helps keep the cost to a minimum while helping to prevent inconvenient and potentially costly breakdowns or repairs.
No surprises: our processes ensure you will always be kept informed and in charge of what you are spending on your vehicle. No work will be performed with out your prior approval.
We offer free pick up and delivery (within 5-10 min drive of our shop), 4 free loan cars (bookings required), quick booking and turnaround times.
